How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders later.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.and card payment or Bank transfer
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
No Only in Pakistan

Custom Orders
How does the custom order process work?
Fill out the Custom Order / Get a Quote form with your product, quantity, and design details. We'll review it and get back to you with pricing and a timeline.
Is there a minimum quantity for custom orders?
No strict minimum — we handle everything from a single custom piece to full team or bulk orders.
What file formats can I upload for my design?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, and PDF files are accepted, up to 5MB.
Returns & Sizing
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless there was a production error.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page lists available sizes. If you're unsure, reach out through the Contact page and we'll help you pick the right fit.
