1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ABZIT APPAREL website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

3. Custom Orders
Custom order requests submitted through our Custom Order form are quotes, not confirmed orders. An order is only confirmed once pricing, timeline, and design details have been agreed upon in writing (email or message).

4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once submitted through checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are payable in full upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.

5. Shipping
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. ABZIT APPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale except in the case of a production error on our part.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content, including designs, logos, and product photography, is the property of ABZIT APPAREL unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Designs uploaded by customers for custom orders remain the property of the customer; by uploading, you confirm you have the right to use that design.

8. Limitation of Liability
ABZIT APPAREL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
